Development of PeptideFinder, a tool for peptide identification from mass spectrometry data

This project focuses on identifying proteomic biomarkers from the chemical defensome of wild fish species. By integrating bioinformatics tools and computational workflows, we aim to analyze genomic and proteomic data to understand the responses of these species to environmental stressors. The project also explores potential biomarkers for ecological monitoring and risk assessment.
